Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, except where hemp-derived products are restricted by state law. We currently cannot ship to: Alaska, California, Idaho, Louisiana, North Dakota, Washington State. We do not ship internationally. Note: Beginning November 12, 2026, we will no longer be able to ship to Illinois or New Jersey.
Shipping costs
- Orders of $100 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $100: $7.99 flat-rate standard shipping
- Subscription orders: always ship free, at any order size
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Processing time
Orders placed by 12pm CT, Monday through Friday, ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard shipping arrives within 3–5 business days after your order ships, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days of purchase. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Age requirement
You must be 21+ to purchase.
Lost, damaged, or delayed orders
